How a bulk order works
- Send the brief. Artwork, quantity, the spread of sizes, and where it is going. A rough idea is enough to start.
- We quote. A written price and a delivery date, with the blank named so you know exactly which garment you are buying.
- You approve a proof. A mockup of the actual print on the actual garment, before anything is made.
- It is produced and shipped. Made at the facility closest to the delivery address, tracked to the door.
Made to order, at any quantity
Nothing here is made before it is bought. For a bulk order that has two consequences worth knowing. There is no stock to be out of, so a size never comes back unavailable and a run can be any mix of sizes and colours at no extra cost. And there is no warehouse of unsold shirts behind the price — you are not paying for someone else’s guess.
The trade is that per-unit cost falls more gently than it would with a screen-printing house doing five hundred of one design in one size. If that is what you need, we will say so rather than quote you badly.
Shipping across Europe, Italy and beyond
Orders are produced at the production facility nearest the delivery address. A European order is printed in Europe and shipped inside it, which keeps both the delivery time and the customs paperwork down. Italian orders are quoted and charged in euro.
Outside Europe, the same rule applies — the work is placed with the closest facility rather than flown from a single warehouse. Full detail is on the shipping page.
What we make
Heavyweight tees, hoodies and crewnecks, caps, totes and accessories. Printing is direct-to-garment, screen print or embroidery depending on the artwork and the run — the difference between the three is worth two minutes before you decide.
Questions people ask first
Can I order custom shirts in bulk online?
Yes. Send the design, the sizes and the quantity and you get a written quote with a delivery date. Everything is printed to order, so a run of forty is the same process as a run of four — there is no stock to wait on and no minimum in the usual sense.
How long does a bulk order take?
Production runs two to five working days for small runs and longer as quantities rise; the quote states the date. Shipping is on top, and within Europe that is typically a further two to five working days.
Do you ship bulk orders to Italy and the rest of Europe?
Yes. Orders are produced at the facility closest to the delivery address, so European orders are printed and shipped inside Europe rather than flown in. Prices are charged in euro.
What artwork do you need?
A PNG or SVG with a transparent background, at least 2000px on the longest edge for a chest print. If you only have a logo in a lower resolution, send it anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it will hold at print size.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Each garment is made individually, so a run can be any spread of sizes from XS to 5XL and any mix of colours the blank offers.
