Printed after you order

Nothing is made in advance. When you pay, your order goes to the print partner that makes each product, and it is made for you. Printing time depends on the product, so we don’t promise a fixed number of days.

Delivery options and prices

At checkout we check what our print partner can deliver to your address for the exact items in your cart, and we show you only those options, at cost. Standard is available almost everywhere. Faster services (Priority, Express) and Economy only appear when they are offered for your items and country, which today is mostly the United States.

Prices are in US dollars and depend on the products, how many you order and where they’re going. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Where we ship

Nigeria, the UK, the US, Europe and most of the world. Delivery to some countries, Nigeria included, takes longer. If an item can’t be delivered to your country, checkout tells you before you pay.

Tracking

When the carrier has your parcel and a tracking number is available, we email it to you. You can also look an order up on the tracking page with your order number and email address.

Customs and duties

Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. If your country charges them, the carrier collects them on delivery. That is outside our control and is not refundable by us, so check your own limits before ordering if you are close to a threshold.

Split deliveries

Some orders arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Address changes

Check your address before paying. Orders go to production quickly, often within hours, and once production starts the address can’t be changed. If you spot a mistake, message us immediately and we’ll try.
