Shipping

Production first

Nothing is made until it is ordered. Production takes 2–5 working days before a parcel is handed to a carrier, and that time is on top of the delivery estimates below. Orders placed on a Friday evening begin production on the Monday.

Delivery options

Standard shipping is free on orders over €75.00, measured on the order subtotal after any discount.

Tracking

As soon as the carrier scans your parcel we email a tracking number and a link. You can also look an order up at any time on the tracking page using your order number and email address, or from your account if you have one.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Your order is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address, so a parcel to Nigeria is not flown from Europe and one to Berlin is not flown from the United States.

Customs and duties

Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. If your country charges them, the carrier collects them on delivery. That is outside our control and is not refundable by us — it is worth checking your own limits before ordering if you are close to a threshold.

Split deliveries

An order with several pieces may be produced in more than one facility and arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost. Each parcel gets its own tracking number, and your order page shows all of them.

Wrong address

Tell us before production finishes and we will correct it. After despatch we cannot redirect a parcel; if it comes back to the facility we will contact you about reshipping it, which is charged at cost.
