Every piece is made after you order it. Production takes two to five working days, then delivery takes 5–9 business days on the standard service or 2–4 business days on express. You get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the facility.

Write to us as soon as you can. Before production starts we can change or cancel anything. Once a garment is in production it cannot be stopped — it was made for you specifically, which is the trade-off of making nothing in advance.

At the print facility closest to your delivery address, through our production partner. That keeps shipping distances — and the footprint that comes with them — short.

Tees are cut with a boxy shoulder and a straight body — true to size for a regular fit, or size up for the oversized look. The Nsibidi tee is already cut oversized with a dropped shoulder, so take your usual size. Hoodies and crewnecks are true to size with room for a layer underneath.

Measurements are taken from the garment laid flat, in centimetres. Chest is measured across and doubled.

Tolerance is roughly 2cm either way, as with any cut-and-sew garment.

Cold wash inside out, hang to dry, iron on the reverse. Do not tumble dry prints or embroidery. Treated this way, the print outlasts the garment.

Yes. Duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are charged by your country on arrival, if they apply. Standard shipping is free on orders over €75.00. Full detail is on the shipping page.

We replace it, free, and you do not need to send the original back. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. See the returns policy for the full position on change-of-mind returns.

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Link — all through Stripe. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe: your card details never reach our servers, and we never store them.

We keep what an order needs and nothing else: your email, delivery address and what you bought. No card numbers, ever. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored and for how long.
